Landwirtschaftlicher Familien-Betrieb bietet ab sofort, einer kleinen Pferdeherde ein schönes Zuhause. Wir verfügen über lichtdurchflutete Pferdeboxen, überdachte Putzplätze, beheizte Sattelkammer, Sattelschränke, WC, saisonal Graswiesen bzw. Paddock´s einen Paddocktrail, einen Longierzirkel, einen 20 x 60 Meter großen Reitplatz mit angrenzender ( 500 Meter) Schrittrunde. Es ist ein weitläufiges Ausreitgelände mit Badesee ( Bötzsee) vorhanden. Eine Bushaltestelle vom S-Bahnhof Hoppegarten / U-Bahnhof Hönow, liegt vor der Tür. Wir bieten ein ruhiges, sehr schönes Umfeld für die Beschäftigung mit und ums Pferd. Die monatlichen Kosten beginnen bei 390,- Euro. Anteilig auf die Mieter umgelegt werden: Heu, Stroh, Mist und das sauberhalten des Aufenthalts-Ortes der kleinen Pferdeherde an einem festen Wochentag. Dieses kann auch zu gebucht werden.
Die Pferde erwartet ein liebevoll gestaltetes Umfeld in Privater Atmosphäre am Schwansee gelegen, mit viel Licht, Luft und Bewegung.
Are you looking for a cozy and competent stable to accomodate your horse? Our small and family-run farm offers beautiful homes to horses.
We provide 8 spacious stalls with a view, and a lavatory. The horses have seasonal access to grassland or paddocks and paddocktrail. An extensive riding trail around the paddocks and grassland as well as a 20x60 m riding ground and a 18m Roundpen provide space for riding and training. Its possible to take longer cross contry rides through the surrounding area including a big swimming lake (Bötzsee). The bus stop starding from S-Bahnhof Hoppegarten is just in front of our farm.
Since we keep the farm small and familiar, we only offer stalls for People how like to also care for cleanliness of the horse facilities. We carefully manage our grasslands so that there’s always enough forage for everyone.
Monthly fee for one stall is 390,-€. Hay, straw, manure are calculated separately . Your horse is being looked after lovingly, with lots of light, air, and movement
